Complaints Policy

London and home Counties endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers at all times.  However, we do recognise that there may be times when our customers may not be completely satisfied.  Please do take the time to read our complaints procedure below, and accept our assurance that LHC Ltd will respond promptly to put things to rights at the very earliest opportunity to ensure complete and full customer satisfaction.

Immediately, or as soon as possible after completion of works, please inspect the works to ensure that everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we may address and rectify any problems as soon as possible.

We aim to respond to your communication within 48 hours of receiving your complaint, and where possible will provide you with a date upon which we intend to remedy the issues raised.

In the unlikely event where we are unable to resolve your complaint via our own complaints procedure, you may wish to refer your complaint further.  As a Which?Truster Trader, we use Ombudsman Services Ltd for dispute resolution.  To refer your complaint to them, please contact Which?Trusted Trader on 0117 981 2929.
